Notification of Account Migration

Hello Ship2Me customers,

As we have notified you, we completed migrating customer accounts from Ship2Me to our parent company, OPAS in September, 2013.

This did not change your US address, nor did it change your membership status. All Premium members of Ship2Me are being credited with one year of Package & Mail membership in OPAS, which is the Premium equivalent, and Forever Free members have become Package Only membership.

What does this mean for you? Rather than logging in to www.ship2me.com to perform tasks in your customer portal and corresponding with info@ship2me.com, you’ll now be logging into your OPAS account at https://my.opas.com and sending email queries to service@opas.com.

As we’ve said, your US shipping address will not change.

To log in, you’ll need to use the “Forgot password?” link on the OPAS page. This will send a temporary password to the email on file, which is your username email and where you are receiving this message. Once you have this temporary password, use your email username and the password to log in, and change the password to whatever you would like.

While logged in, take a moment to familiarize yourself with the OPAS system, it will look a bit different, but once you understand how it works, we think you’ll find it much easier to use. There was recently a blog posting on https://opas.com/blog/ that addresses some of these changes from the perspective of a Ship2Me customer making the transition, so you may wish to read that.
